Nina was born in Lexington, Kentucky and raised in California. An LA native and OC resident for several years, she has the capacity and resources to serve clients in both counties. Her Southern values mixed with a little LA sass corroborates the perfect combination when negotiating for her clients. Her passion for real estate started when she began her career recruiting and training new agents into one of the top producing training real estate companies in the nation. She sustained her position at the company by supporting over 500 agents and worked side by side with the best in the industry. Nina's transition into becoming an agent started at a preeminent firm known for selling the most distinctive properties and luxury estates on earth, Hilton & Hyland. She expeditiously perceived that her ability to keep up with a few of the world's greatest agents, spared no effort. Combining commercial and residential real estate, Nina is an expert at catering to her clients needs and her relentless work principles continues to impress her clients. Knowledgeable and persistent in keeping up with today's market trends, Nina is a tireless dealmaker. Her clients are her number one priority and she values every transaction as if it were her own.
